It's funny but I finished creating my website by writing this first article. It's never easy to talk about yourself, but here we are. This is not a success story (at least for now). I am a small jewelry brand among many others that has been trying to make its mark for 4 years now. I started like many creators selling on Etsy (lyscie.etsy.com/) and I decided to move up a gear because Etsy no longer suits me, too many fees, too much competition, loss of authenticity and lack of personality.
I was extremely lucky to be able to grow up in the 90s. My only big disappointment at that time was the breakup of the Spice Girls but fortunately Britney arrived. At that time (not so long ago) we used a lot of imagination to entertain ourselves, due to lack of smartphones and the Dorothée Club did not last all day. My grandmother took my cousins and me to a charming little pearl shop located in my town Salon de Provence. I was always amazed when I went there. It was thanks to my grandmother that my passion for jewelry and fashion in general was born. I loved making dresses for my Barbies, flower-shaped bracelets and little crocodiles out of seed beads.
As I grew up, I developed another passion, that of entrepreneurship. On March 8, 2019 (girl power) I officially created my own business as a complementary activity to my work as a manager in mass distribution. Being an employee allows me to self-finance and not put too much pressure. For the moment it's a pretty good compromise.
This creative activity allowed me to keep my childish soul and often motivated me to get out of sometimes complicated periods in my life. Being able to sell my creations and receiving positive reviews gives me immense joy and satisfaction.
Today I want to take my brand as far as possible, to convey positive messages and to brighten up your days a little.
With this blog I will show you behind the scenes of manufacturing and we will talk about lots of other things ;)
